EVITHERM SG

Saturated DMD for thermal class 155 (F)

EVITHERM SG is a KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of polyester film with polyester non- woven covering on both sides (like TRIVOLTHERM® P) and cured, yellow resin impregnation on both sides. Used in thermal class 155 (F).

PHASOFLEX

PHASOFLEX is a grained KREMPEL three-layer insulation with the same structure as TRIVOLTON® H; PHASOFLEX-2 is a grained KREMPEL two-layer insulation with the same structure as TRIVOLTON® HP. Used primarily as phase insulation in insulation systems of thermal class 130 (B).

PHASOTHERM

PHASOTHERM is a KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of polyester film with a NOMEX® aramide paper layer on both sides, in which uncalendered aramide paper is processed. Use in thermal class 155 (F) or according to IEC 60626-3 use in insulation system up to 180 °C.

TRIVOLTHERM N

TRIVOLTHERM® N is a KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of polyester film with a NOMEX®
aramide paper layer on both sides, in which calendered aramide paper is processed. Use in thermal class 155 (F) or according to IEC 60626-3 use in insulation system up to 180 °C. TRIVOLTHERM® N has proved very successful in electrical engineering thanks to its high tensile, tear and electric strength.

TRIVOLTHERM NKN & NK

TRIVOLTHERM® NKN is a KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of a polyimide film (e.g. KAPTON®) with a calendered NOMEX® aramide paper layer on both sides; TRIVOLTHERM® NK is a KREMPEL two-layer insulation made of polyimide film (e.g. KAPTON®) with a calendered NOMEX® aramide paper layer on one side. Use in thermal class 180 (H) or according to IEC 60626-3 use in the
insulation system up to 200 °C. The material has high tensile and tear strength as well as high spring elasticity and deformability. TRIVOLTHERM® NKN or TRIVOLTHERM® NK can be used in all applications that depend on an extreme thermal and mechanical overload capacity of the insulating material.

TRIVOLTHERM P

TRIVOLTHERM® P is a KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of polyester film with a polyester non-woven layer on both sides; TRIVOLTHERM® P-2 is a KREMPEL two-layer insulation made of polyester film with a polyester non-woven layer on one side. Used in insulation systems of thermal class 130 (B). Also appropriate for insulation systems of thermal class 155 (F) if appropriate impregnant is used and impregnation is flawless.

TRIVOLTON H

TRIVOLTON® H is a classic KREMPEL three-layer insulation made of polyester film with a press- paper layer on both sides for insulation systems of thermal class 130 (B). TRIVOLTON® H has proved successful in many areas of application due to its high tear strength and resistance to tear propagation and its excellent electric strength.

TRIVOLTON HP

TRIVOLTON® HP is a KREMPEL two-layer insulation made of polyester film with a presspaper layer on one side for insulation systems of thermal class 130 (B). Depending on the film thickness, TRIVOLTON® HP can have very high electric strength and, due to the presspaper layer on one side, is characterised in thicker materials by very high flexural strength and spring elasticity values.

VAC 30 – REVITEX

Fibreglass braided sleeving coated with acrylic resin.
